What am I needed to carry with me for my first appointment?
We request you to kindly arrive at the clinic atleast 15 minutes prior to your appointment so as to complete formalities in relation to your essential paperwork submission and insurance details which would help us enter your records into our database. Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No, as a family clinic, we are now accepting new patients. You would not need a referral to schedule an appointment with our physicians or their assistants. Although, if you wish for your visit to be covered through insurance, please consult your provider to understand the conditions of your policy.
Do I need to have my blood pressure checked regularly?
Yes. It is advised to have your blood pressure checked once in every two years after reaching the age of 21. It is also advisable for people over 50 to have their blood pressure monitored once every year, with frequent consultations with your personal physician to eliminate any health threats.
How is the doctor-patient relationship different here, compared to other hospitals or clinics?
We prioritize our patient’s comforts and value their concerns. We ensure to create a positive ambience for the patients to cure well and quicker. Our doctors and staff are well qualified and jovial, ever striving to make our patients feel stress-free.
How will I pay for my care?
Please carry your insurance card along with you, if you have one. We could either process your co-pay or bill you through your insurance plan. In the case where you do not have an
insurance, we will need to process your bill during the time of service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We collect a cancellation fee for the appointments that are cancelled without any prior notice. Please plan well and contact us 24 hours prior, in case of any cancellation plans to
avoid the penalty.
How can I get a hold of my medical doctor?
Our doctors have a very understanding and caring approach towards our patients. They give you ample time in every appointment to have all your doubts and questions cleared.

for you to see your doctor the soonest.
How can I prevent a cold or flu?
Common colds and flus are generally spread through nose and mouth. They can easily be avoided by maintaining hygiene around us.
How do you notify your patients of lab or test results?
You will be asked at the time of your visit to fill in your details on our form, where you can mention the way you’d like to receive updates and notifications from us, regarding your visit and the services you have availed from us. We generally send out updates within 24 hours of obtaining the results.
Will I be able to get copies of my test results?
Yes,upon requesting, we may be able to help you avail the copies with your test results.
Do you allow urgent or same day appointments?
Yes, we have separate slots of time allotted only for urgent care. But please call 9-1-1 for emergency assistance.
What are your office hours of operation?
Our working hours are from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm every Monday through Friday, Saturday 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, Sunday Closed
